Do you have what it takes to join Jacksonville’s best U Pull yard? GO Pull-It operates a state-of-the-art, self-service auto recycling facility at 7282 Commonwealth Ave. We are hiring a full time Spanish Speaking Customer Service Rep. We are open 7 days a week and shifts are 8-5 or 9-6. Pay range is $15-$20 per hour and most CSRs are at $17/hour before the end of their first year. There is a lot of room to grow and candidates will get a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
Customer service is our top priority. We strive to help every customer have a great experience when they visit our yard. Our CSRs work as a team to get the job done each day.
As a Customer Service Representative, a typical day might include:
Prepping the retail area for opening
Welcoming in customers and looking up vehicles in our yard management system
Checking customers out by identifying parts and charging appropriately
Taking pictures of our inventory
Helping maintain a safe and tidy retail area
A variety of other tasks that make the place run

Communicating with customers in English and Spanish
Identifying car parts
Making correct change and processing payments
Working with a team
Helping people solve problems
Even better if:
You are familiar with auto parts
You have worked on POS systems
