If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the original part that was purchased within 30 days of the original purchase. Item must be the original part purchased and properly marked with the GO Pull-It marking, and you must have the purchase receipt. Items can either be exchanged for matching parts or you can return the part and get a store credit for the amount you paid for the part, minus the Environmental Fee. Labor to pull the replacement part from our yard or to install the part is not included. Parts disassembled after purchase cannot be exchanged or returned.
You must keep the original receipt in order for us to process any part return, CORE return or exchange.
Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this Exchange Policy.
This Exchange Policy is only available to the original purchaser.
GO Pull-It does not provide a refund nor an in-store credit for admission fees.
GO Pull-It will not accept any returned item after 30 days from the original purchase date unless a 1-year extended warranty was purchased. We will not accept returns on parts disassembled after purchase. Be sure to find a GO Pull-It employee to mark your parts after purchase before you leave in case you need to return them.
CORE stands for Cash on Receipt of Exchange. To ensure that as many parts get recycled as possible, a CORE charge is added to the purchase price of some parts. The CORE charge is refunded as cash if your original part is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. The CORE item returned must match the actual part purchased.
GO Pull-It will not accept any CORE return after 30 days. You must have the GO Pull-It purchase receipt for CORE refund.
By purchasing used tires from GO Pull-It, the buyer acknowledges that the tires are being sold “AS IS” and in their present condition. The buyer further acknowledges that any defects or deficiencies in a used tire may not be apparent or discoverable. GO Pull-It has visually inspected the used tires for noticeable signs of damage or defects only. By purchasing used tires from GO Pull-It, the buyer agrees to have the used tires further inspected and installed by a professional tire installer. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available for tires purchased from GO Pull-It.
GO Pull-It expressly disclaims any verbal or other type of warranty, express or implied, to the buyer, and makes no representations whatsoever regarding the used tire(s) being purchased and/or their suitability or fitness for a particular purpose.
When you buy from GO Pull-It, your receipt will include an Environmental Fee. This charge helps offset some of the costs of handling and legally disposing of hazardous materials commonly found in automobiles and other vehicles. Thank you for recycling a used auto part and helping to conserve our fragile environment.
